'Jump' is another word for a drug trip, but it also could be interpretaded as litteraly 'jumping' off a building or as such. the song has themes of suicide and drugs shown throughout the whole thing. 'Palm trees in black and white' in black and white could be because she's tripped on drugs so much, and palm trees because she's somewhere warm like calafornia with palm trees. I think personally it's about exactly what she says, her going out partying loads but this time it doesn't end well for her
