Stephen was born on January 13, 1971, to Lawrence “Larry” and Diane Zins. Growing up in Prairie du Sac, he attended Sauk Prairie Schools, where he received a solid education that laid the foundation for his future endeavors.
Career as a Heavy Equipment Operator
After completing his high school education, Steve embarked on a successful career as a heavy equipment operator. His exceptional talent and experience with excavators made him a sought-after professional for various building projects and assignments. Steve’s dedication and skill earned him the respect of his peers, and he was a proud member of Local 139 of Operating Engineers.
